The Distinguished Lecture Series of the German Data Forum (RatSWD)

Whether its the current population census, issues of geo data, or the question of how the welfare of a society should be measured in future: the RatSWD Dinstinguished Lecture Series aims at making the debates around these topics a more public issue.

Prominent national and international personalities from science and policy-making present innovative ideas or results from recent empirical research projects, examine and evaluate relevant developments pertaining to science policy, or present suggestions on how the data infrastructure could be further developed, and with it, the foundation for better quality in emprirical research.

This way, the RatSWD Distinguished Lecture Series wants to stimulate an open and public debate on the topics of the German Data Forum (RatSWD) regardless of the narrow boundaries of scientific disciplines. You are cordially invited to take part in this open discourse.

All lectures are free and open to the public.
