In addition to several books, the German Data Forum (RatSWD) publishes a range of different papers and journals. The RatSWD has been issuing the RatSWD Working Paper Series since 2007. After 2009, the Working Paper Series was complemented by the RatSWD Research Notes series. Additionally, the Ratissues the referenced, scientific journal Schmollers Jahrbuch, four times a year. Also known as the "Journal for the Economic and Social Sciences", it contains interdisciplinary papers with a focus on applied research and policy advising. Since 2000, Schmollers Jahrbuch includes a special section called European Data Watch, which introduces and discusses new data sets relevant to the economic, social and behavioral sciences.
