Central tasks of the Division include: fundamental economic questions of social security, statistical reporting, research network on social security in old age, additional surveys on social security in old age.
Research Areas: Fundamental questions and empirical work on retirement and social policy, support for research on social security in old age, constructing and consolidating the Research Data Center of the German Pension Fund.
