Complaints Office

The German Data Forum’s Complaints Office serves to address conflicts (e.g. data access problems) between data users and the research data centres (RDCs) accredited by the German Data Forum. Its goal is to remediate problems in a timely manner, which cannot be resolved by the complaint management of the respective research data centres. The Complaints Office’s mandate is limited to matters of compliance with the accreditation criteria of the German Data Forum.

The Complaints Office is a quality assurance instrument of the research data infrastructure.
