Panel studies

The German Data Forum has invited the directors of the largest, publicly-financed panel studies in Germany to form a working group on joint research strategies.

During the meeting on 14 February 2013 at the German Institute for Economic Research Berlin (DIW Berlin), questions of data protection and research ethics were on the agenda as well as joint positioning towards survey research institutes and possible standardization of documentation.

Status: The working group has been concluded.
